We send our parcels via tracked Royal Mail or Evri, so that you are able to follow your parcel's progress via a tracking number. If you do have a preference as to which service we choose to deliver your item, please let us know.
If you live within a CB11 postcode, you are eligible for personal local delivery for just £2! Just select the option at checkout and then once your order is ready, you will be contacted and a convenient date and time will be agreed. Yes, you can return your order within 28 days of receiving your item(s) as long as you purchased at full price and it was not a sale or custom order. The item(s) must be in unused condition and not smell of washing powder, perfume or cigarette smoke. For more details, please refer to section 5 in our terms and conditions and our returns and refund policy.
Unfortunately, if you do wish to return an item, the cost and responsibility of its safe return is yours. We therefor recommend that you use a recorded postage service to ensure that it arrives back to us safely. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not offer exchanges for purchases. However, you may return your item to us and then order your preferred item once you have received your refund.
If you can see that your item has been delivered back to us, we will notify you that it has been received. If we are satisfied that it is still in resaleable condition, your refund should come back to you within 5 working days. This will also depend on your bank provider.

You will find sizes of the products on the product listing descriptions. Bandana and bow sizes are based on your dog's collar size, so please use a tape measure against their collar to check that you are ordering the right size.
Snuffle balls are to encourage your dog to use their natural instincts of foraging and sniffing for food. Some dogs may continue looking for food when it has all been found and could then start pulling apart the fleece layers. Therefor we highly recommend that a snuffle ball is used only to find food and is then removed from your dog once the snuffle ball is empty to avoid destruction.
