We have a 28 day returns policy, which means that if you do wish to return your item(s), you must do so within 28 days after receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received by you.
It is recommended that items are tried on carefully indoors first, just in case you do wish to make a return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and if it is the wrong item(s) or is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for sale or custom items.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made by returning your unwanted item(s). Once we have received your item(s) in its original and resalable condition, we will issue a refund and you can make a new purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. (Please remember that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund)
